At Aligned Horizons, our support workers are available round-the-clock to help our participants with as little or as much support as they need in catering to the household tasks.
Under this service, participants have complete control and choice over selecting the nature and level of support they need. And based on their specifications, it will be our responsibility to ensure that the tasks are executed seamlessly and efficiently. Some of the assistance we provide under this service are:
- Assistance with budgeting, time management, and other essential tasks.
- Help with using public transport
- Attending to household tasks like cleaning, dusting, gardening.
- Help teach them to cook and assist them with chores like grocery shopping.
- Assistance with any other tasks around the house that our participants might need help with.
